History
FCC on April 10, 2007 in approval of a request by Entravision granted them a 3-year construction permit for a new analog service in the Pueblo-Colorado Springs market on Ch 48. KVSN were the calls assigned however, Entravision shortly after obtaining the permit decided to build a digit station and applied for one in April 2008. On March 2009, KVSN replacing class LP service KGHB-CA signed on air under PTA: Program Test Authority. It received the license on June 5, 2009.
