KLCW is a CW affiliate owned by Ramar Communications and launched on Feb 9, 2001. It serves the areas of Wolfforth and Lubbock in Texas. KLCW shares duopoly with KJTV linked with Fox and also has four LP siblings including KMYL, KLBB, KXTQ and KTV-CD. All the six stations share studio facilities at 98th Street and University Avenue in South Lubbock; the transmitters of KJTV and KLCW are also located at the same site.

History
KWBZ was the original occupant of the channel and maintained its position solely as a cable TV before 2006. It was O&O by KCBD, an NBC affiliate. KUPT broadcasted on Ch 22 and was affiliated with United Paramount Network. Raymar Communications on Jan 1, 2006 bought the channel which allowed KUPT to switch to Ch 14 in Lubbock while KWBZ signed with The WB on Ch 22. On Jan 1, 2006 it became the full-power broadcasting affiliate of The WB.
Following the merger of The WB and UPN on Sep 18, 2006 and the formation of The CW, KWBZ struck the agreement with the newly launched network and changed its calls to KLCW on June 30, 2006; its branding was also changed to Lubbock CW. It completed digital conversion on Feb 17, 2009. Its digital signal is available on pre-transition Ch 43.
