KLWB launched on April 3, 2006 and owned by Delta Media Corporation is a New Iberia station held by Wilderness Communications. The studios of the channel are located on Evangeline Thruway in Carencro with a transmitter fixed on West Wilderness Trail in northern Lafayette Parish.

History
KLWB was established as cable only affiliate of The WB and was branded as Acadiana’s WB in 1999. However, formally started broadcasting on April 3, 2006 and was soon available on Dish Network and DirecTV. It joined The CW upon its launch in September and carried The CW Plus. It lost its CW affiliation to sub-channel of KATC on June 14, 2010 before switching to This TV. The position of KLWB was also changed on Cox Cable to channel 23. It started airing MeTV on a new sub-channel on July 25, 2011. In the fall of 2011, it was purchased by Southland Conference Television Network which mostly covered sporting competitions.
On March 30, 2012, Delta Media, a subsidiary of Wilderness Communications acquired the channel and since then it has affiliation agreements with MeTV, Heroes & Icons and Telemundo on channel 50.1, 50.2 and 50.3 respectively. It on Nov 30, 2019 relaunched its digital signal on Ch 17. On June 12, 2009, KLWB dropped analog transmission to flash cut its digital signal.
