KHCE-TV is a TBN O&O television broadcasting in San Antonio, TX under the ownership of Community Educational Television, a division of Trinity Broadcasting Network which also has ownership over Texas and Florida non-commercial educational stations. The studios of the channel are located on Capital Port Drive in northwest San Antonio with transmitter installed by the side of Route 181 in northwest Wilson County. Grande Charter Spectrum, AT&T U-verse and Charter Spectrum are the cable carriers of the television.

History
KHCE went on air on July 9, 1989 as the first television of TBN built and launched community Educational Television services. The programming of the channel was previously broadcasted on an LP translator K20BW in San Antonio that went down in 2010 and was later released to Digital Networks – Southwest, LLC. It essentially produces for local programs including a local version of Joy in Our Town, Up with the Son, Praise the Lord, and Spanish language educational program We Speak Inglés y Español. It made digital transition with along all other Trinity Broadcasting Network stations on April 16, 2009. You can watch TBN online for religious, educational current affair programs and new.
