WNTZ affiliated with Fox is a Nexstar Media Group television station broadcasting in Natchez, Mississippi and Alexandria, Louisiana. The studios of the channel are located on Parliament Drive in Alexandria with transmitter installed near Jonesville, Louisiana with tow LP translators in Leesville and Alexandria. The master control of WNTZ was located in Lafayette from 1991 to July 2015 when it moved to Baton Rouge facility already shared by NBC linked WVLA-TV, Fox affiliate WGMB, CW linked WBRL and independent service KZUP.

History
Bill Atkins, Louisiana State Senator was successful in acquiring the license for the stain on Jan 31, 1985 and the channel went on air on Nov 16, 1985. It began its journey as an independent service with original local and syndicated programs targeting Miss-Lou area and also broadcasting fully scheduled news-bulletins.
The fortunes of MSLA Broadcasting under the Jonesville senator eroded and it filed for bankruptcy protection in 1986. It went dark in April 1988 and remained off air until 1991 when the license of the station was sold to Charles Chatelain-owned Delta Media Corporation operating form Lafayette, Louisiana. Under the new ownership, the station became a Fox affiliate. Delta Media released the operations of the channel to White Knight Broadcasting in 1997. Under Delta it also added a translator K47DW-D on July 1, 1991 and branded the channel as Fox 47.
WNTZ in 1997 was purchased by its operator White Knight Broadcasting however, it would use the Delta-owned Alexandria and Natchez offices until 2007 by paying rent to the former owners. In 2007, the channel moved to Parliament Drive. Nexstar Broadcasting Group on Jan 1, 2015 took over CompCorp as its new owner, K22NI, K47DW, K67GL and K61GO are the repeaters of the television. News, weather and sports updates, features, contest, community events and other local news online.
