By 1982 the lineup was filled with classic movies and some sitcoms but the programming was rolled back in favor of religious content in 1986. WTLL was the sibling of WTKK from 1984 to 1986. ValueVision acquired the station in 1994 and registered it under the news calls: WVVI on June 6, 1994. On Jan 13, 1998, it was renamed as WPXW and maintained its infomercial status until the launch of Pax network on Aug 31, 1998. Under Pax it acquired the rights to broadcast 2005 Season of Baltimore Orioles games sponsored by MASN for the Washington area.
