WTPC-TV owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network launched on March 27, 2006 is a Virginia Beach station broadcasting in Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina. The studios and transmitter of the TBN service are present in Suffolk, Virginia. It initially went on air as WHRE under the ownership of Copeland Ch 21, LLC but received programming form Trinity Broadcasting Network since its very first day.

In May 2010 filed request to acquire the service and purchased it straightaway. It then added the suffix to it in 2010 before changing its calls to WTPC-TV on Nov 15, 2010. The channel converted into a digital service on Feb 17, 2009 as it shut its analog UHF signal on Ch 21.
