WYCI is a Saranac Lake, NY based dual MyNetwork and Heroes & Icons affiliate owned by CEC Media Group. Launched on Sep 11, 2007 the studios and transmitter of the channel are located on Saranac Avenue in Lake Placid and Mount Pisgah north of Saranac Lake respectively. The full-power station coverage area includes Saranac Lake/Lake Placid area and is available via satellite and cable services in Burlington, Vermont-Plattsburgh, NY market. Comcast Xfinity and Charter Spectrum are the cable carriers that air it on ch 80 and ch 18 respectively.

History
On Sep 22, 1995 construction permit was approved by Federal Communications Commission for channel 61 in response to the application made by Channel 61 Associates, LLC name. WCWF, the calls assigned to the station were giving signal that it would be CW affiliate. The CW affiliation however, went to WFFF, a Fox affiliate in the area. WCWF was finally launched on Sep 11, 2007 as a repeater of Ion TV linked WWBI-LP. Soon after its first launch, WCWF went silent to tell FCC that it is working on digital transition. Channel 61 Associates released the service to Twin Valley Television in Nov 2008.
In 2008, the channel was relaunched on via analog facility temporarily and was eventually planned to get on air via its digital signal by June 12, 2009. It then signed affiliation with Retro Television Network. The call letters were changed to WNMN on June 16, 2009. CEC during the same time acquired WGMU-CA after the approval of Federal Communication Commission in July 2009. Cross Hill Communications, LLC on Oct 30, 2013 acquired the channel and linked with TUFF TV. The calls were changed to WYCI on March 9, 2016 under the new ownership. It as of 2017 is offering none of its subchannels to Retro TV leaving Burlington-Plattsburg market out of MyNetwork affiliate. On Jan 1, 2018 DirecTV and Dish Network began to carry WYCI. WYCI started offering MyNetwork programs on its DT3 sub-channel while having secondary affiliation with Heroes & Icons.
